Accommodations:

Sundown Villa is comprised of two parts: the main house and the guest cottage.

The main house consists of 5 strikingly large bedrooms, each with en-suite
bathrooms.
Bedroom one has a king four poster bed,
Bedroom two also has king four poster bed,
Bedroom three has two double beds,
Bedroom four has one king four poster bed plus one trundle/twin bed,
Bedroom five has two double beds.

Cottage -
Bedroom six has one king four poster bed
Bedroom seven has one king four poster bed and one trundle/twin bed.

The Villa Feature:

Kitchen:

The kitchen at Sundown Villa is particularly large in size, and is fully equipped to meet all of your culinary desires. Just tell "Molly," Sundown's in-house, Jamaican cook, exactly what it is you're craving and she'll be sure to meet your request. The only thing else you'll be asking for, is more.

The Living Area:

The living/TV Area is spacious and filled with large, comfy couches. Surrounded by French doors and cooled with soothing sea breezes, this restful part of the house is the prime location for lazy afternoons. The entertainment center here comes equipped with a 36" satellite television, VCR and movie library, and CD stereo, not to mention many board games that the whole family will enjoy.

The Dining Area:

There are two dining areas available to Sundown Villa guests. The formal, mahogany, indoor dining room can seat up to 10 people. While the patio dining area, complete with ocean, beach and breathtaking sunset views, can seat up to 16 people (and additional side tables are available for children). Sundown Villa also offers its guests the choice of lunching in either of the two gazebos: one on the sand and the other on the pier over the water. The villa also features a redbrick, bar-b-q grill that sits in the sand directly on the beach.

Pool & Deck :

The freshwater pool and deck, located to the right of the white-sand beach, was installed for those in the family or group who prefer fresh water and a poolside atmosphere. Your pool goers will have the best of both worlds as the pool was intentionally built right by the ocean. That way whether in the pool or on the beach everyone can be together enjoying the beautiful views Sundown has to offer.

Staff:

Sundown Villa has an ensemble of some of the islands loveliest staff. Each is professionally trained to exceed your service expectations. Molly, our Jamaican Cook works alongside the most charming of Butlers, as well as with an immaculate housekeeper and a laundress. The Sundown Villa grounds staff work tirelessly to ensure you have the cleanest of beaches and the most beautiful of gardens, for all those crucial photo opportunities. A 24-hour security guard is also included.

As a guest of Sundown Villa, you are invited to enjoy complimentary greens fees at the world-renowned Sandals Golf and Country Club. This famous golf club, located in the cool hills of Ocho Rios, boasts immaculately manicured greens and awesome views of the ocean. The beautiful, cool drop in temperature makes golfing here the most pleasurable of experiences.

Because we understand that many of our guests would like the chance to get out and eat in other dining atmospheres on the island, we are happy to provide your group with a complimentary, off-property dinner at the magnificent Sandals Dunn's River Resort (Adults only).

With water as beautiful as that of Discovery Bay, it's no wonder our guests want to play, swim and soak in it all day. So we've thrown in some extra toys to help you do so. From Aquatrikes and Kayaks, to a Sunfish...you'll never want to get dry!
